Announcing The Reserve of Foley

Memphis based WessCorp Communities plans to develop a new class A multifamily community in Foley, AL. Charles Misenhelter, WessCorp’s CEO, selected the 20 acre site located on Highway 12 , close to the Beach Expressway for several reasons. The location is in the heart of Foley’s growth area. The 520 acre OWA family entertainment theme park and new sports facilities are just one mile north of our site. In addition, the recent announcement of Auburn University Veterinarian School and other commercial developments impacted our decision to develop in Foley. Misenhelter added that Foley has not had a new class A multifamily development in over 10 years and believes our housing product will be highly successful and unique to the area with quality interior finishes not normally found in apartments. The community will have walking trails with family areas and impressive water features at the entrance. WessCorp expects to break ground in 4th quarter of 2017 and will deliver Phase I by the end of 2018. The 228 unit gated community will have a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes.

      Thank you for inquiring about The Reserve of Foley. We will begin pre-leasing in July and plan having occupancy begin in September. We haven’t finalized leasing details, but we will be contact you shortly with that information.
